Transitional Living/Day Treatment

Some clients who finish our intensive Residential Treatment program are not quite ready to go back to their lives, or to build a healthy new one without support. We offer the Transitional Living option to these clients, and to others who have finished a comparable level of intensive treatment. Transitional Living includes the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level of care, and is designed to taper therapy, supervision, structure, and medical services down until clients are prepared for independent living. Our case managers help with application and extension of skills learned in RTC, additional life skills, assistance obtaining jobs, enrolling in school, and any other individualized support a client may need.
